Laurent Chassepot, Group CFO
Laurent is the Group Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Laurent has the consolidated responsibility for all financial activities worldwide. Prior to joining Permaswage, Laurent was Group CFO at Groupe SOFLOG (logistics), consulted for Vitamines LC (Turnarounds) and was the Group CFO at SMV (Medical Imaging) and ALLFLEX (Animal Identification). Laurent totals over 20 years of experience as Group CFO and 9 years with PWC. |

Michael Coburn, Sr. VP Global Operations - Aerospace
Michael is Senior Vice President for Global Operations since 2009. He is responsible for the performance of all operational areas including manufacturing, sales & marketing, supply chain management, quality assurance, and IT. Prior to joining Permaswage, Michael was Vice President at PCC/SPS Technologies responsible for Cherry Aerospace, Shur-Lock, and SPS Santa Ana.

Steve MacDonald, VP Global Engineering - Aerospace
Steve is Vice President for Global Engineering and is responsible for engineering design control and product development activities worldwide, including an accredited independent test laboratory. Since 1992, he has led Permaswage in developing new generation products and associated intellectual property. Prior to joining Permaswage, Steve worked as a Project Engineer for McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Hughes. |
